        Overall

        Don't order a surprise cake. we ordered a cake for a 21st birthday four days ahead. Went in to pick up didn't have it so the birthday girl ended up going in and picking one already made which really ruined the surprise ( did discount). When I called they said the order was set aside, really. Asked how they could make it right but her 21st only comes once so not much can be done now
