Affinity Medspa

After 2 terrible experiences getting Botox from another spa, I was not exactly calm about trying for a 3rd time, but when you look in the mirror and say should I try again? and you find Affinity Medspa you say YES!!!!!



I called today, they had an open appointment, so I headed over.



Now for the hard part.............oh no the BOTOX EEK, when Dominic entered the room he was so nice and you just felt like you were in the right place, he explained the entire procedure, he showed me the botox, from the unopened box, he gave me the instructions that come inside the box and then he dropped the bomb..........he doesnt use LANOCAINE!! I was really worried, I had only had Botox 2 times and both times I had the numbing agent and it was uncomfortable and it hurt like ALL you know what!



He told me not to worry and everything would be fine, well he calmed me and we went ahead with the treatment, well first needle not one single pain, second and third nope no pain I was like OMG!! This is ok, there was a slight sting but nothing to cry about one time. When he injected into my forehead It didnt hurt in the slightest.



Now when I have had botox done before, immediately after I had golf ball size lumps on my head and had to have an ice pack, when I looked up in the mirror I said "Oh WOW, where are the lumps" There were none. Dominic had explained that what I had experienced before should not have happened. I left the spa and you couldn't tell that I had had botox done!



I can't wait to go back, I am going to continue my botox treatments here and I also want to get a peel done and maybe a facial soon.
