Big City Grill

I received an gift certificate which I redeem with restaurant.com I choose the location. In Brandon which was closer to my work. When I showed my gift certificate I was informed that location doesn't take the certificate only Oakfield location does. False advertising on line when choosing the location. So drove the extra few miles can stopped the the Oakfield location. I asked before hand putting in order if I can use the certificate at that location because it doesn't have their location on the certificate. I was told yes I had 3 vouchers total of 25 dollars in food. I was told that I was only able to use one and I clearly explained when to their brandon location I had other people with me whom I have 2 vouchers too to try out the place. I spoke with the owner son unprofessional no management skills at all. Didn't allow me to use the Certificate / Voucher wasted my time and gas driving to both location to get worst customer service and unprofessionalism I have seen. I wouldn't recommend this business / customers service to anyone.
