I was being seen in the Lakeland office. I overheard one of the employee's (the name tag read Jessie on it) talking bad about another employee. It left me wondering if she talks bad about the patients as well. I would not recommend going to that office again.

They are way too hard on me for my weight. They said I gained too fast so I lost 7. They lectured me for that. then I come in with a gain of three and they lectured me. I guess I'll make sure to dehydrated myself and poop before every visit. Considering changing providers.

This place should be put out of business. They are extremely unprofessional, there is little to no privacy, it looks like it is never cleaned, the staff are rude, and they are extremely slow. I have come here a few times and it always takes hours past the appointment time for them to even see you. It is also very unpleasant being called back to carry your own pee around. There aren't even offices here...I saw one in a storage closet...

This place is horrible!!!!!!! The staff is rude and the building obviously isn't clean. When you walk in, you are blasted with a smell that reminds me of a gym. The bathrooms are disgusting and most likely never cleaned. I was recommended this place by my insurance company (awesome ObamaCare) and have been seen by the Brandon location my whole first trimester. I seem to see a different Doctor or NP every visit. My first visit, I was told by the doctor that because of my age of 34, I will be put in the "Elderly Pregnancy" bracket and that I have a very high chance of having a child with defects such as down syndrome. Thanks to that lovely comment, I have nightmares and wake in a puddle of sweat every night. That is not something that you concern a pregnant woman about, especially in her first trimester. This place needs to be put out of business because of the slum that runs that office.

I would NEVER recommend this practice to anyone. I have always had private insurance through my employer and when I became pregnant and resigned I got put on Medicaid. I use to go to the office of bruce b downs in tampa and have gone to the Sheldon Rd location a couple of times and have had a horrible experience with both offices. The staff is not helpful at all, very unprofessional and have no urgency to answer any questions you have or simply return a phone call. The nurse practioners and doctors are just as rude. I am now 22 weeks pregnant last week I went in for an ultrasound and explained to the doctor that I felt as though I was carrying the baby really low and I was having some cramping. I explained to that to ultrasound tech my concerns and she agreed that the baby did look a little to low and that the doctor would be In to talk to me shortly. Doctor came in was very rude and was trying to rush me out of the office I explained to her my concerns and that even the ultrasound tech agreed with me, she took one quick glimpse at the ultrasound and said "mhm nope everything's good, your good to go see you in a couple weeks". I have now switched doctors and it turns out everything wasn't "good" like she said, my new doctor explained that I have a weak cervix and that was the reason I was carrying so low and why I was having cramping. I was put on bed rest. That was just one of the MANY issues I've had with this practice. I have never made a review about any business before but I wanted to go out of my way to write this in hopes of people reading this and not making the mistake I did by going to exodus They are rude, unprofessional, rough and could careless about any serious concerns or questions you have stay away from this place!! I am now going to Doctor Jose Calderon in new port richi he is amazing! Very thorough and actually takes the time to ask if I have any questions or concerns before I leave the office. He does accept Medicaid too :)

I would not recommend this clinic under any circumstance of care. The staff are indifferent and frankly rude at times. They refer to patients as "mama" instead of by respectfully referring to them by name. They are slow and late to schedule necessary tests or referrals. They treat patients in a very de-personalized manner, similar to herding livestock. Three or more Patients are called at a time and given a cup to urinate in. They have to carry the urine sample in hand from the bathroom in front of all patients and staff to see. The medical assistants ask personal questions in front of all other patients. Essentially there is little privacy or respect for the patient. Do not use this clinic. I never saw this Hechtman Doctor and wish i had read the reviews before choosing this clinic for my prenatal care. My experience was at the Brandon Office.

This is the absolutely horrible group of doctors I could ever imagine. Not only were they unprofessional but they right out robbed me. How can an office think its right to consider non maternity patients in-network patients and then as soon as they get pregnant, turn them into out-of-network patients without telling them. I have months and months of bills I have to pay because I was never informed of anything. On top of that, I had a doctor literally ask me why I didnt start having babies earlier in life because then maybe I wouldn't have to worry about having another miscarriage. This guy is a joke! When I decided to have children is none of his business and obviously unprofessional to bring it up. Not to mention, the office is filled with low live people and their disgusting children - quite the three ring circus. I have a ton more bad experiences I don't want to bore you with. All I can say is stay clear!

Bad Customer Service + Rush Job = Horrible Experience

I scheduled an appt with the Brandon office to be seen at 11 am, my name wasnt called till 3 hrs later. The nurse practioner didn't apologize for the long wait time and tried to hurry me out of the office so she can go to lunch. I've had better experiences at the nail salon. I'm not interested in returning to someone for health care when the Dr and Staff would rather me take a back seat to their lunch table. This office doesnt deserve any ratings, service if off the chart literally
