I had a mortgage back in 1979 that was never released so I called this company to see if they could help me. Jackie at the company went above and beyond and helped me obtain the release. I tried for months to do what she did in 1 day. I then asked her what I owed her and she told me not to worry about it. She was so very helpful and sweet. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I used this company for a very complicated Commercial Title Search by finding them on the web after we received a title search from another company that was very unprofessional looking and taxes were missing so I was very leary. They got us back the search in about 2 days and it was typed impeccably with great notes, the commercial company of the owner was also search at the state level with bankruptcy search done as well. I am very impressed and intend to continue to use them as I deal mostly with large commercial sales.
