Do not recommend this park to anyone. The managers are useless, rules are not enforced, and managers are not very helpful when notified of all the issues. Speeding cars, unwanted visitors lingering in the evening hours, tenants renting their homes, driveways and extra rooms to outside renters. Again the place is a joke, sorry I ever moved here. Most all residents all have the same concerns and comments also. The rent is raised every year, and nothing to show for the high rent.
