The Cheesecake Factory

I have experiences of disgusting taste at this restaurant two times recently. Pls do not waste your money. Never go there.

I used to go here with my friends and it used to be a nice place to go, but recently things have changed for the worst. I went after the lunch crowd died down so in was taken right away, but the waitress I had was inattentive. I wanted to leave ASAP when others at a table next to me started to smoke, evidently, there is smoking allowed on the patio, that's what I was told anyway. The waitress knew I had a problem with it, but was no where to be found when I wanted to take my food home and pay my check. I should have just left and not paid. When she did show up, which was about 15 or so minutes later, she didn't even apologize for making me wait. Most likely she was a smoker herself. Won't be going back to this Cheesecake Factory. They need to get rid of rude and disrespectful workers and quit hiring them.

The menu variety is exstensive. The menu is guaranteed to have something for everybody. The food is very good and I have never experienced a bad meal. The atmosphere and service can lack at times. Background noise is very loud due to music and restaurant design. The help is more turn-over motivated than service motivated. Still a great place to go for a nice meal. The cheesecakes can't be beat. This location tends to have a longer wait than most other Cheesecake locations due to limited seating.
