        At All Creatures Animal Hospital, we are dedicated to exceptional customer service and veterinary care for your pets. We are located in Bremerton, WA, and provide dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, rodents and other exotic pets with routine and emergency veterinary services. Owner James C. Little, DVM, has more than 27 years of experience practicing veterinary medicine in Kitsap County. Also on staff are Dr. Irene Choi, Dr. Kathryn Krueger, Dr, Stephanie Crowson, Dr. Janet Beagley and a caring, experienced support staff including Licensed Veterinary Technicians, assistants and more. Our services for all of our patients (cats, dogs, pocket pets, avian and reptile) include: • Examinations • Behavioral and husbandry counseling • Vaccinations • Surgery and medicine • Dentistry • Computerized radiology • Spays and neuters • Internal medicine and limited ultrasound • Skin cases We have Veterinarians on Staff to see emergencies and appointments 7 days a week from 8 am to 10 pm. We have Licensed Veterinary Technicians and monitored 24-hour care for our hospitalized patients. Our urgent care services are available until 10 p.m. daily. After 10 p.m., our on site Licensed Veterinary Technicians and assistants monitor your pets. Our patient care is 24 hours a day to monitor patients as well as answer questions. Our Veterinarians are on call for any hospitalized patients. We all love our pets and that is why it is important that they receive quality care from a veterinarian you can trust.         My wife and I have been using All Creatures for over 9 years and today
        there actions were deplorable. We currently travel 47 miles each way
        to take our 3 pets for care and as you might imagine have spent thousands and thousands of dollars with them.We called at 11:40 to say we were running late for one of our dogs appointment and spoke with one of the vet techs and was informed as long as we were not more than 15 minutes past our Noon appointment we would still be seen. We arrived at 12:15 and called in to inform them we were there when a different female vet tech told us we were late and would need to reschedule. I asked to speak with the doctor as we had driven so far and had been clients for the facility for nearly 10 years. We were placed on hold and after about 13-14 minutes the woman informed us that they would see us but we would have to pay the "emergency rate" of an additional $150.00 . All of this when it was their vet tech whom informed us we would be seen. There was 3 cars in their parking area when we arrived and one left while we were on hold. I would warn you that they do not value your business nor the well being of your pet(s)! They have lost a loyal patron. Poor choice!
