My husband and I both love Dr. Cook. She knows what she is doing and explains any concerns she has with either of us thoroughly. We can depend on her for a complete exam and straight answers to our questions.

My visit this morning Dr. Rachael Cook in Brenham was for me a very comforting experience. Being a patient of Dr. Ralph Berkeley for many, many years I had concerns changing doctors because I moved from Houston. I was excited to see they had a new eye center now in Brenham so it was convenient for me to go there. Knowing Dr. Berkeley for so many years and knowing he only has the very best in his group, I still didn't now what to expect.What a blessing to meet Dr Cook, she was so through, explained everything in layman terms, was beyond patient with me and certainly knowledgeable about the issues I have begun to experience at my age. I will certainly tell all of my friends about the Center alnd Dr. Cook. Thank you again Dr. Berkeley for sharing your years of expertise by picking the very best to staff your facility.

I saw Dr. Cook for and eye exam and prescription for contact lenses. I then ordered my lenses through her office and it was much cheaper than 1-800-contacts!! The care was awesome and my contacts fit great and she even adjusted my prescription to improve my vision. She is great and so nice and caring! They have a loyal patient now for sure!! Highly recommend her.

Doctor Heather Cook is a (VERY) professional, concerned, and throughout doctor. Her knowledgeable approach to finding and determining the problems of each individual is remarkable!! Her individualism for each patient is quite evident. I have a very unique case. I require some extra care and decisions are crucial to me! Doctor Cook has a genuine concerned she was born with and, shares that concern in a way that helps you feel better about yourself knowing that she's doing her absolute best!! My early morn appointment with Dr. Rachel Cook last Friday was a wonderful positive Dr. visit. She & all her staff are personable & professional. Dr. Cook puts you at ease & answers all your questions. This was my 2nd visit in 4 months & I recommended her highly.

Super Great! I had been waiting for Dr. Cook to arrive and begin being my doctor! So happy that Berkeley, and Dr. Cook chose Brenham! Her training background is so impressive. Her desire to earnestly explain what she sees in your eyes' history, and what needs to be done or does not need to be done is heartwarming.Very easy to talk to. When you leave her office you feel so good about being under her care. Love all the staff members as well.

Dr. Cook's staff very professional. I went in feeling a little apprehensive since this was my first visit in the office that had been under another opthamologist. They wasted no time getting me set up as a new patient. All tests carried out efficiently getting me ready to visit with Dr. Cook. After reading some of the items on my chart(done by my previous opthamologist) she discussed my eye health and the possibility of my second cataract surgery. I was very pleased with the time she took to explain certain parts of the procedure. I will recommend her.

I had an eye exam for glasses and contacts and couldn't have been happier with the experience. Dr. Cook is very knowledgeable and explained all of my options thoroughly. Very warm and inviting staff as well. I will definitely recommend them to everyone!
