Dejesus Pump Well & Drilling

Very disappointed! Called DeJesus to change the pipes and add a jet assembly to my new pump. Made the appointment two days ago for them to come out this morning. After rearranging my schedule and taking the morning off work so I could be here, they call 45 minutes before the appointment time to tell me they won't do the work because they didn't install the pump. They knew they didn't install the pump when the appointment was made; yesterday, they knew they didn't install the pump; I get a cancellation call 45 minutes before they're supposed to be here??! I can sort of understand their hesitation to work on a pump they didn't install - although being in the service industry I would think a company would provide service. What I CAN'T understand is their blatant disregard for someone's time. They didn't have to set the appointment, and they could have called yesterday or the day before to cancel, but they waited until 45 minutes beforehand to cancel! Disappointing to say the least! If DeJesus didn't install your pump or if your time is important to you...don't bother calling them.
