Twin City Tile

We paid thousands of dollars to Twin City Tile to re-tile a bathroom. They didn’t complete the job, leaving a gap around one of the water lines. More importantly, they didn’t seal the floor properly. When I took a bath tonight and splashed a small amount of water outside the tub, the water poured through the ceiling of the family room underneath. In my opinion homeowners should never hire Twin City Tile unless they want a poorly performed job at an extremely high price.
