UPS Customer Center

Twice I have had issues with delivery. One requiring signature and the driver said receiver unavailable when I was home on all three attempts. I had to pick it up at an access point and yesterday I get a notice saying package delivered at side door and I don’t even have a side door

I had a package of 20lbs of organ meat scheduled to be delivered yesterday. According to UPS customer service, it was marked out for delivery, but was left at this facility by the driver. No one from UPS, or this facility attempted to contact me. Now what was supposed to be an overnight delivery, will be 5 DAYS. I cannot reach anyone from this facility as they are closed. I will receive 20lbs of rotten organ meat, that I will have to throw out in my own garbage Monday. Which will sit until pick up Thursday. Disgusting. All because there is NO way to communicate with the facility which is less than 5 miles from my house. I could pick this up TODAY and avoid all of this. Bad look UPS, just bad. What a waste, and a shame.

My family was waiting for a package from a hotel because we left behind my son's insulin in the hotel refrigerator. Somehow, the wrong address was written on the package, so it could not be delivered to us. We were about to pay out of pocket to get new insulin from the out of state pharmacy since we are from California, but Bob Bennett saw that the package could not be delivered as addressed, and called the hotel to get our phone number. He finally got a hold of us on a Saturday when we were about to give up and went to the Brewer office which was closed, and picked up our package for us when he was OFF WORK!! We couldn't believe it! What a kind and conscientious man and professional. THANK YOU!!!
