Excellent service I would highly recommend from the first phone call till the final workmen left the property like they were never here

Fantastic service and work. They exceeded my expectations and respected my nerves! They also did a beautiful job putting the yard and landscaping back together.

Sub-par installation and customer service. My handyman suggested Envirostar. Lousy installation, they jammed both tanks in a corner right against the walls , blocking out of reach an electric panel on one side, my crawl space access, and a 220V outlet on the other! How worse can it be ? Stay away.

I had made the decision to get my in-ground oil tank removed and did a lot of research and calling around. The prices I was getting were ridiculous considering the easy access to the area of removal. I came across Envirostar searching the Internet and gave them a call. Their estimate was well below anyone else. I'm usually skeptical about low estimates, but given the budget was tight I went ahead and scheduled the removal.



The guys that came out were on time, friendly and careful. It was a pleasure hanging out watching them and they didn't seem to mind a bit that I was keeping an eye on things. They were easy to talk to and we were joking around about things while they worked.



When they were finished the area was cleaned up and other than not having grass where they removed the tank you would never had known they were here. Very professional.



The only incident I had was that my oil company refused to fill the new tank due to a valve Envirostar installed on the new tank. There was nothing wrong with the valve, nor was it against code. It appeared to be more that my oil company was upset because I didn't hire them to remove the old tank and they were going to do whatever they could to make the process as painful as possible. Not to worry though. I called Envirostar and explained the situation. Rather than engage in an argument that nothing was wrong with the installation (as a lot of contractors would do) they promptly sent someone out and configured the drain the way my oil company wanted it for no additional charge.



All I can say is if you need the types of services Envirostar provides you would do yourself well to give them a call. Outstanding service at an outstanding price!
