We recently had a severe problem with bedbugs after a long term house guest moved out. We were so upset and called many different places. We ended up using A-Academy Pest control and are forever grateful that we did. Since we had the service done we have not seen or felt one bedbug. Their pricing was reasonable considering some of the other places we called, their staff was professional and their service guys Paul and Matt were great and spent a lot of time at our home. They also answered a lot of our questions on how to not have this happen to us again. 5* service!

I recently had an issue with squirrels in my attic. I called a few places but the people at Academy were the best. They came and removed all my squirrels after a period of almost 3 weeks. They then sanitized my attic. I was so afraid to go up in the attic after they were finished in case there were any more squirrels up there, but their technicians were very reassuring and waited for me to finish looking around before they left. I am so very thankful for all their help. A+

I had termite service done with A-Academy. I was completely satisfied. Office staff was professional and friendly. Nice to speak with a live person. 2 termite techs were friendly as well and answered all my questions. Were very neat. Will definitely recommend. Very pleased.

I cannot express how Very satisfied my husband and I were with the services we received from A-Academy Termite and Pest control. From the very first phone call to the moment the service technician left our home. My husband & I were on vacation and upon our return we found we had a severe infestation of bed bugs. We were horrified. We didnt know what to do so we began calling exterminators. Talk about shocking. Most of the salespeople we spoke to prayed upon our fears and the fact that we were totally grossed out. Some companies guessed we were shopping and couldnt bother to take the time to even speak with us. When they did they were so aggressive the basically bad mouthed their competitors. HOWEVER, right from the start when we called A-ACADEMY we were treated in a VERY professional manner. The gentleman we spoke with was very sympathetic to our needs and did not try to pressure or scare us in any way. He was courteous and very knowledgeable and we quickly decided this was the company for us!
When the technician came out my husband was home and the technician from A-Academy explained everything from start to finish. When my husband asked a question he was answred with respect and wasnt treated like a fool. Our service was performed imbeccably and we have not had a bed bug since.
I have bragged about this wonderful company to all of my friends and even some neighbors. We are so very thankful to A-Academy for making our difficult situation so much easier to deal with and did we EVER get an education on all the pest control companies out there. A-Academy restored our faith in American businesses. Thank you.

I called and requested a service. The first servcie was incomplete and I called for a second service. I was told the man would come at 3:30pm. at 4pm I called and the manager, Dave told me that the man would come between 3:30 and 6pm. The man finally came at 7:15pm and it was to late as I have small children going to bed. I left two messages for the manager to call me the next morning. I left one at the office and with the man who came to my house. No one ever called me back. When I called the manager was rude and insulting and told me that I should have let the man in at anytime of night. I also had a warranty for a re-application for 30 days. I was one week into this warranty and the manager Dave denied me this because I was upset at the service and his behavior. He hung up on me twice. He also gave me a fraudulent name when I aksed for the owner's name. When I finally reached the owner, he refunded my money but never addressed my concerns about his employees rude and unprofessional behavior. He never even apologized. I would never recommend or use this comany again.
After almost 30 years in the pest control business I have for the first time reached the one customer that no one could make happy. We as a company did everything proper and professional and when it was evident to me that this man is unreasonable and unrealistic I refunded him all of his money. As you can see in his letter even that's not good enough. It is my intention as well as the rest of my staff to continue to provide five star service to all of our customers old and new and we will not let this one individual have any impact. regarding that.
