McDonald's

Today is August 23rd 2016 I was to this McDonalds at 7 a.m. this morning purchasing a Oreo McFlurry and two packages of chocolate chip cookies security or through the drive-thru told me okay go wait in front at the drive-thru saying they'll bring out their cookies I sat and waited 15 minutes no one came out I went back into the building and they gave me the excuse is always I forgot the cashier who took care of me at the window whispered to her manager oh my God I forgot the customer well I wasn't even given a complimentary package of cookies for waiting 15 minutes ever so patiently while they were baked and I was told I was only going to wait a few minutes and they would be out well I'm not giving a good rating or a good review they need to have a policy where they if they are bringing something out to a car so they don't forget the next time with someone else other than myself is put the posting up on a stick it bring two packages cookies out to the lady was waiting for it
