Kaufman Auctions

My parents used this company to sell their house (they were moving to TX and didn't want two house payments while this was on the market so they decided to go with the auction). The gentleman that came out was honest and nice, explained to them that they would probably not get what they expected from the house. They agreed to go with a lower expectation just so they could have the house sold. The house did sale, but for way less that what Kaufman thought, but we accepted because they said it was a CASH OFFER. 45 days later we have come to find out that the person is waiting on financing??? So now my parents are making two house payments, besides paying mid year taxes because the house is still in their name. We have contacted Kaufman, and they just blow us off. Would we use them again. NO
