Little Caesars Pizza

I have been so pleasantly surprised at the excellent customer service the employees have shown. Both in person and over the phone. Quality service is something I value and I am happy to report that BC LC has that! Either they lucked out hiring very respectful, enthusiastic teenagers or the management is on point and has trained them well. Emmilee M. is an outstanding employee! Completely satisfied. Keep up the good work!

I ordered 2 pizzas, yes they were specialty pizzas and not the "hot and ready". I was told it would take 7 - 8 minutes, that was ok. After nearly 30 min my pizzas were brought out and I was told that they had forgotten to put one of them in the oven and that was why it took so long. Of course the on time cooked one was very cold. This is not the first time this has happened to me but I promise it will be the last. Pizza Hut is just down the street.

Our last 2 pizzas were WAY under cooked. The time before that they completely messed up our order. Very disappointed.

I understand that this place is brand new with brand new employees, but there is no customer service at all and we had to wait 35 minutes for a "hot and ready" pizza. We went through the drive through and watched customers leave with pizzas the entire time we waited. Don't use the drive through!
