5-2014-I was extremely please with my experience with this clinic. My cat was extremely ill. I had just moved into Brighton. They got him in very fast. The receptionist and assistant were very nice and compassionate. The vet was great. He handled my cat with the utmost care.

Bridge St has really gone down hill very fast. I've been going there for about 5 years now and I'm sad to say it but I am going to be changing Vets now. There was no one reason in particular for my decision but for the past few months I have noticed a MAJOR decline in business. For a while, I loved going into Bridge St, I absolutely loved their staff, both of their receptionists in particular. But now it seems like everyone I liked is gone except for one Vet nurse, that has been there a while but it would not surprise me to see her gone soon either. The employee turn over rate has got to show for something in such a small business. There is also another vet nurse there that has been there for a little while that has made numberous errors on several different things everytime we go in and always makes a joke of it. She is completely unprofessional, and I may be being rude but she just repeats everything that is said it takes my wife and I what seems like hours before we are even out of the room. We secretly joke we hope not to get her before we come in. But as I mentioned above, with the unprofessionalism. It sadly is not just the assistant staff either. I dunno if some major depression has hit this clinic or what but neither doctor seems as if they care to be there what so ever, and make it seem as if you are really putting them out by making them do their job. It is a truly unsettling feeling considering the amount of money you are paying them when it's not so easy to come by, and EVEN MORE SO. Considering they are, or you would think they should, have a passion for animals since that is their profession. So when they make you feel like you are annoying them by being there because your dog is limping and your paying money to find out why, it actually just pisses you off. Also, I understand the economy we are in but it seems like every three months we are in there we are told that the prices had gone up. And not just on medication like you would think. I understand it's a small business trying to stay afloat that's why we chose them and continued to go to them when we first started being unhappy but is that even lawful to raise prices on things like nail trims and exams every three months? I am trying my best to let you all know what you are in for, they are a mediocre vet at best, which makes my family and I sad to say because we used to recommend them to everyone we knew and still would if they were the way were a year and half to two years ago. I am sorry if this seemed harsh, I truly did mean for it to be constructive and after going for 5 years I guess I've seen a lot.
