Carrie Schultz is crooked DO NOT GO TO HER.... My family and I didn't benefit from Carrie what so ever my daughter loved her at first, but towards the end started to tell me it was repetitive Carrie told her the same things week to week... Carrie told us she was not going to "deal with" our insurance and charge a flat rate per session... Imagine my surprise when we start getting EOB's in the mail from insurance company and realize we have over paid her according to the EOB's... When asked about it in a nonchalant why Carrie lied about it and told me "I wasn't contracted provider" with our insurance company so she never filed anything. Received certified letter releasing me from her services a few days later. Carrie was covering her tracks and making it to where she wouldn't have to refund money she owed. She knew what she was doing the insurance company stated she had been calling asking where her money was. do not get taken advantage of by this lady she is manipulative and crooked.
