Express Forms & Documents

The owner of this company Mr. Bent is a liar and a thief. We applied for international documents and was promised we would have our documents within 2 months because his company "has the ability to obtain these documents QUICKLY". We trusted him and he failed us, it took over 6 months to receive any of our documents. At the end of this ordeal we decided we wanted some of our money back because we no longer trusted him to complete the second part of the work we initially set up and he gave us the run around about giving us a refund. My word of advice don't trust him to do any work for you especially if you need it within a time frame. We missed out on two family trips because he was not able to deliver the service he promised. NEVER AGAIN MR. TONY BENT!!!
