        I ship packages and receive packages from this location on nearly a daily basis. The staff is incredibly friendly, accommodating and efficient. I enjoy interacting with everyone who works at this location and I appreciate the effort they make to ensure that my packages are handled with care. ����������������

        This is the worse place ever to pick up a package. I spoke over the phone with Joanne about sending my brother with my driver license with current address on it and tracking number and she agree to give the package to my brother. When he was there, they refuse to give him the package. I waste my time, and my brother on line for nothing. The customer service on this location is very poor.
