Don't deal with this location ever! The store manager Mark and his goon squad are the most obnoxious, arrogant, unproffesional people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I had three accounts with this store, one I paid in full and early, one I returned because it was ridiculously over priced, and the final account a laptop. The laptop was a nightmare through and through, I had problems with it from the day it was delivered. It arrived with viruses, I complained every day and they kept sending someone out who had no clue how to fix it. Every week they came out and did a system recovery wipeing all my data every time they came out and still failing to fix the computer. I called the district manager, no resolution. I called corporate, no resolution. Finally I returned the piece of crap to the jerk they sent to my house about a year ago. Today I called to request a copy of my first account and was told that they won't give me the receipt because I didn't return the laptop, WTF????? He asked Me who I gave it to, when I explained it was over a year ago and it was one of their employees in their truck, he told me they had no record of it and won't give me the receipt for my dryer because their employee apparantly stole the laptop!!!! You would be better off without furniture, appliances, or electronics than dealing with this place. They should make you sign the contract in blood because it's the equivalant of making a deal with Satan. Go anywhere but this place, they will make your life a living hell!!!
