DC Web Design

We had a great deal of difficulty with DC Web Designers in building a functional, user-friendly, healthcare-related site. Problems included a disorganized and confusing interface and page narration, and slow loading times, which resulted in negative client feedback. There also appeared to be incidents of over-billing for services not rendered or explained. We ultimately had to both hire an attorney and file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to address these problems.
