        I was visiting from out of tow...

        I was visiting from out of town for two months and wanted to rent their recital space and practice room since it was a service they said they offered, and when it boiled down to it, they said I could practice before 7 am (get real for those who work and have kids) and backed out of renting recital area because they didn't want to come and open the door. No friendly customer service there! They must be too busy to care and don't want to be bothered with extraneous business that is not important to them. ( Even though I offered to pay good money and make it worth their while) They didn't care and it showed.
