1100 Albert Rd. Brookhaven Pa People listen to me and listen good. These apartments are not worth the money. Most of the Basement apartment s have Mold growing in them.Roof leak s, and all water run s down wall s, and in between all wall s. All window s are not insolated. Lisa the owner care s nothing about the place.. Nothing is ever fixed, over rated and over priced. OSHA will be giving her a visit. Car s have been stolen. Mice run from apartment to apartment. Not a safe area. Some night s you ll hear gun shot s from Toby Farm s. Sorry I must give it NO STAR S BUT NOT ABLE TO DO SO. Are friend s lived underneath us, in one of the mold filed apartment s they moved them to another. Was never told about the other apartment that it to was filled with mold.



Trust me stay away from them.
