        I am currently filing a small claims action against this Quality Auto Recovery (QAR) for $1,200 damage to my vehicle when they towed the vehicle. If you have had damage done to your vehicle, please text me at 202-297-9401. I want to hear your story though for my own upcoming legal case!

        Also you can sue them up to $5000 for only $38! It is suprisingly easy!

        To sue them in small claims court, the cost is only $38.

        $28 to file and $10 to have them served by certified mail. You can file the case at:
