        Overall

        I called on January 15, 2015 to get some information and the owner, Mr. Winter was very rude and did not want to answer my question. Really not the best when they manage your building.

        Terrible Customer Service

        Words cannot express the anxiety I was left with after the receptionist hung up the phone on me mid sentence. I called to ask some questions to clear up any confusion, but she seemed stressed and incapable of explaining herself and being quite rude.
