As a realty management company we well know that working with reliable contractors is very tricky. We needed to replace 8 rusted steel stairs in Brooklyn NY and were recommended to steelmastersnyc by another vendor. After inspecting the site and meeting with us they came up with a better way of doing the job in less time as not to inconvenience our tenants too long, and the outdoor steel stairs and pipe railing came out great.They are very sturdy, well finished and even painted well.Even our tenants commented on how good and quick Steel Masters were.We have since given them 2 other jobs and highly recommend them to anyone seeking commercial iron works for their property

I have used moving companies in the past, both good and bad. However, these Queens movers, are the best that I have had the pleasure of working with. My husband had barely gotten off the phone with me when they called to schedule the arrival time. On the day of the move, they arrived on time. Even amidst the chaos of the kids, they worked efficiently to pack up our home, secure our valuable and fragile items and loaded the truck. They were never once rude to me or my children and still managed to keep on schedule. My husband said that they arrived on time in Florida 2 days later, and by the time the kids and I got to our new home, they had most of the furniture set up.

The thing that I like the most about Moving Masters is that they are very effective and stay on top of communicating with the us the clients. I have used them several times in the past, both for commercial and residential moves. Now that my company has expanded nationwide, I have made it standard practice to use them when it comes to relocating any of my employees to anyone of our office locations. I know that they are reliable and a will take care of their families belongings and personal momentos. Providing this peace of mind to my employees allows me to keep them happy and my company productive. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with such an important task.

Don’t let anyone tell you that being a mover is a job anyone can do. Not so! I have moved about 3 times with my Law Practice, and I promise you, experience matters. The guys at Moving Masters actually have a strategy that means the difference between a headache and a smooth, seamless moving miracle. I hired them last month and got a team of guys who definitely knew what they were doing. I felt like they went to school for this stuff, because in no time boxed up and on the truck. Unbelievable. They are fast, efficient and cheerful. I would easily hire them again if the opportunity arises.

Man this is a really good moving company,very clean and tidy and the guys were very polite and respectful, they were also on time, i used these guys a few weeks ago for my move from newyork to chicago, i highly recommend these movers...thanks again guys and there are very cheap also many affordable prices .!!!

When my wife was offered a position in Boston, neither one of us even considered moving. The expense and the upheaval just seemed too enormous. Then I got laid off and we had no choice. Not sure how to say this but, I was feeling a lot of shame at the time about getting canned, and I wasn’t in the best mood. I called Moving Masters after firing another moving company that wouldn’t guarantee their rates and didn’t seem to have any personal investment in helping us. The guys (and gals) at Moving Masters were different right out of the gate. Just the way they responded immediately to all my concerns and didn’t talk down to me or my wife. Whether you want to call that good customer service, or just being a decent human being, they won my trust right away. My wife wanted to “go green” and Moving Masters made every effort to use recycled materials. I don’t know much about that stuff but she’s a stickler for it. Last thing I will comment, they didn’t get lost. I still can’t find the grocery store here, but Moving Masters got all our stuff in our door in one piece without any holdups. They are great to work with and I can’t thank them enough.

I moved from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to Boston, Massachusetts. It was a huge move, I had so many large items I had to move, and I'm a very tiny person. My friends were all extremely busy, they all have jobs and kids. One of my friends referred me to a moving company that specializes in moving from state to state called "Moving Masters". I was really worried that I would have to hire some rude people, but their moving crew was very nice, and polite. They joked with me, and were just very friendly the whole move. Their services were fair, which is what I appreciated. I expected it to be so expensive seeing I was moving from one state to another, but their prices were a good value for services they provided.

Moving Masters! How can we thank you! My husband and I were delighted with your office moving service and want to spread the word. Our first impression was a good one, and from start to finish, we were not disappointed. Finally a business that answers their phones! At one point we got separated from the moving truck in traffic, and the guys waited for us at a Starbucks since I wanted to be at the new location when the truck arrived. They put up with all my little nitpicking about correctly labeling the boxes too. The move ended up being totally stress-free and even fun! How is that possible? Thank you Moving Masters!

Relocating our call center to another borough was something I dreaded for several months. Everyone at our offices was stressed out about it. Finally one of our floor managers Rosie referred us to Office Moving Masters because they offer cubicle disassembling. We chose to hire professionals for this in order to avoid damage to the property, and the movers did a great job of carefully protecting the walls and floors, so we were very happy with their service. Everything wound up in our new call center in one piece and the moving team reassembled them, again without any marks or scuffs. They were also the most affordable movers we found, given their level of customer service. Thank you and god bless.

Hired MM because they offer 2 weeks of free storage. Hey, any time I can get something free I’m happy. And also I needed to keep my stuff someplace until the 1st of the month after living in a sublet. Storage unit was sweet. Clean and not too cold. When they say no hidden fees, it’s true. That also works for me. Had another company basically do a bait and switch with the cost, so trust me, scammers are the norm in this business. MM does a deposit and then you don’t pay unless your stuff arrives at the other end. Fair and square. That’s definitely the old school way. The owner seems like a guy your dad would have been buddies with. They’ll get more business from me.
