Sundance Social Adult Day Center -- Social Adult Day Center is a planned program of activities designed to promote well-being through social and health related services. When you need assistance caring for a loved one, Sundance Social Adult Day Center is here to help. Families and caregivers alike have counted on us for compassionate of your loved one. We provide our clients with transportation, meals and a diverse, multilingual staff. We offer a number of supervised daily activities to keep your loved one active in both body and mind. No matter what your adult or elder care needs may be, it is our goal to provide a caring, safe environment to help improve the quality of life for both our clients and their families Services Provided By Sundance Social Adult Day Center: * Social Services * Counseling * Caregiver Update * Local Area Agency Referrals * Assisatnce with Housing, Foodstemps, etc. * Blood Pressure & Blood Sugar Screening * Diet/Nutrition Education * Health Education * Exercises for Mind and Body * Basic Computer Training * Dance Classes * Arts & Crafts * Music Therapy Benefits of Social Adult Day Center: * A safe, secure environment in which to spend the day * Enjoyable and educational activities * Improvement in mental and physical health * Socialization and peer support * Nutrition meals and snacks * Social worker on premises * Enhanced or maintained level of independence When Should a Senior Opt For an Adult Day Center: * Can no longer structure his or her own daily activities * Is isolated and desires companionship * Can't be safely left alone at home
