        Have been a customer of Technical Difficulties for several years. I've been amazed by the care Avi and his staff have shown to all of my needs. Technical Difficulties manages my office network as well as my home system and numerous laptops and networking tech. The response time has been swift, often resolving problems almost before finishing our description of the problems. Cannot recommend with any higher level!! Great work folks.

        TD recently found an insidious virus on my laptop that was first slowing then stopping my computer from operating altogether. Avi repaired the computer and downloaded a free ant-virus system that works very well. The operation is now smooth and fluid. The service is courteous, professional and I recommend TD to everyone who has a computer issue. M.K.

        What a fantastic experience! In a nutshell; their service is EFFICIENT, EFFECTIVE and COMPLETE. I stumbled past the "Technical Difficulties" awning, and decided I had nothing to lose. Though, this would be the 4th technology-guru I attempted to enlist in vain, and though I'd practically given up, it turns out my decision was the right one. I desperately needed to retrieve vital data from a drive that was no longer functioning. The drive appeared dead - no pulse, no spark, no life... nothing. The information I so urgently required was entombed and vaulted, and appeared inaccessible period. I visited 3 tech-support locations prior to venturing into "Technical Difficulties," and wasted my time. Thank you Technical Difficulties! thank you MUCH!!! Jay K

        I had a hard drive with 15 years worth of data, Pictures, Music, Graphic files which I could not access. They ran a Hardware Diagnostic and found the the Drive to be corrupted and un-accessible, and within a few days it was all restored. Furthermore my Personal Computer needed to be rehashed and I could not bear being without it, within a few days it was ready to go home. I was served in a professional and friendly manner, and I am very grateful for that. In the future, before I consider making any purchase for technological advance I will consult with Technical Difficulties. Thank you again, You saved the Day-ta. Ben

        i had a problem with a dell la...

        i had a problem with a dell laptop i bought from t.d. through amazon. when the hard drive failed after a couple of months i feared a had a lemon. i called amazon first and they put me through to t.d. where i first spoke to avi fleischer's assistant. i was rather hot under the collar (but controlled lol) and he explained that this was a matter for Dell to deal with as the computer was still under warranty; he gave me some excellent tips for how to deal with Dell; e.g. don't take no for an answer. (note; i had already had the hard drive replaced, which i realized could void the warranty.) the assistant also explained his boss was not in at the moment. a few hours later i got an email from avi; he was disturbed at my response to the situation and reiterated that this was an issue for Dell to deal with. i wrote back apologizing for my attitude and we have had a terrific email correspondence since then. Dell did replace the hard drive. if i ever had need for one of the products t.d. sells, i will surely buy from them. GREAT customer service.
