They had good reviews everywhere but the biggest thing was that when I called, a human being actually picked up the phone. I called a few other companies first and they took me to a recording with all of these different questions and I didn't have time for that. This company picked up the phone on the first dial, understood my situation and got someone over to me in 15 minutes. That level of quickness and understanding is so important and when they got to me, they fixed the problem and got me home. They made a really tough day a little easier.

I had a great experience with Towing Brooklyn NY. I called them yesterday morning to Tow my car from my house to an Auto Repair shop in Beford Stuyvesant. The car had a failed alternator and I couldn't get it to start. He gave a good price and said he would head right over after he finished with his other customer. Shortly after that, he called to say he was on the way. He loaded my car up onto his flatbed. He was so friendly and helpful. He unloaded the car at the exact spot I needed at the auto repair shop. Overall, it was a great experience. Definitely call them if you're ever looking for a tow!

The service was very much on point. It started with Ben, who picked up the phone and kind of walked me through the whole towing process. I went into the office and was treated warmly by the staff. I was impressed with the customer service and the professionalism of the whole staff. ended up meeting the driver at the facility where my truck was being held. My truck was towed because I was in a non serious accident but my bumper fell off. The tow driver Matt was easy to deal with and very helpful. He made sure everything was handled in order before I left the building. I had the car towed all the way back to my apartment in Bay Ridge. The area was tight and the driver actually had to exit out of the drivers side window. He was easygoing and funny and did a great job overall. I thought the overall service was above anything I have seen in the past from a towing company. I wanted to thank Ben and Matt for being nice and professional!
