Geared Up Transmissions

Terrible customer service. I purchased a transmission from this company and had it shipped to my house, only to find a problem with it. I had to pay 200$ to ship it back for them to fix it, only to get it back with another problem. They refused to cover shipping in order to send it back again and said that they could not guarantee the fix would be covered under warranty. I'm incredibly upset with the customer service and would not recommend using their services.

These people really know their stuff! I found out about them when I saw some of the employees helping a guy broke down on the side of the road. I saw them all run out to help so I knew when I needed a new transmission that's who I needed to call. They were so kind to a complete stranger and I knew their customer service wouldn't disappoint.
They got me exactly what I needed, FAST and it works better than expected. Lifetime customer and I will sing their praises to anyone who will listen.
