I agree that the eye doctor, Julia Polito, was great, but I disagree that the staff was rude or not helpful. My husband and I found the staff to be very knowledgable about the complexities of insurance coverage, which is was the only way for us to afford new glasses and lenses in addition to an exam (we had a near miss at another office that almost cost us hundreds of extra dollars), and we also found them to be honest and helpful picking out frames. I felt we were not "steered" toward more expenses frames, but what the staff really felt looked best. They were also not pushy about all the "add ons" that come with the lenses. We are still waiting to pick up our glasses, but I understand those come from the lab somewhere else, and I don't foresee any problems.

The Doctor that works at this location is great! But the Staff and Owner of the Pearl Vision is AWEFUL!!!! They are rude and they have some serious entitlement issues! When you tell them they are not being nice, there response is "well then go somewhere else". They have made the statement that they have a great doctor, so they do really care whether clients come or go. It really depends on what you can tolorate. I have been going to this location for about 6 six years and I have finally had enough. I am finding a new doctor. Good luck to you if you choose to use this location, but I would NOT recommend it.
