ABCO Automation is on a mission to provide customers with a single source for engineering solutions, automation services and manufacturing support. ABCO Automation has more than 12 years experience in developing and implementing machine vision and robotic systems, such as vision-guided robots, small parts assembly, automated test systems and laser cutting and marking systems. The engineering department offers feasibility studies and assistance in procuring and installing packaging equipment. Some applications that its controls and systems integration department can assist with are control upgrades, process control, new lines, custom machine controls, production monitoring and data collection. ABCO Automation s mechanical design and engineering group creates solutions for material handling, packaging and filling problems. The mechanical manufacturing division specializes in stainless steel work for pharmaceutical and food and beverage applications. Its electrical and assembly department offers control panel design and build, mechanical systems assembly, calibration, controls wiring, equipment relocation and refurbishment and equipment testing.
