Beware!!! I took pictures in to show what my expectations were when we first started going to this place. We had the understanding that it was not okay to shave my dog. If they had problems they were to stop and call That’s not what I got last Thursday 2-18-16. I got a message from Nicki, the owner, stating that Maggie was ready. I went to pick her up and she was shaved from the top of her head to her tail. Her front legs and the front of her hind quarters were matted but not to the point they couldn’t be cut out. It would just take longer. I was more than willing to pay if extra time was needed and for years have left a $10.00 tip after every grooming session. It’s just greed and they don’t care. It only takes minutes to do what they did to our dog and they raised their price to $68.00 on top of it. Save your money folks and go to a professional.
