        Overall

        Rip off, after they were paid nothing was finished.

        I have in writing what they promised to fix but they will now not return phone calls and the work is not done. I now have to hire someone else to finish the job (missing vents and flashing).

        I negotiated 4 houses for them to do and they still don't care after nearly $30,000 of business.

        Unfortunately I must leave a bad review, it now been nearly one year and the project as promised has not been completed. I now have to hire someone else as Beacon will not return my calls. I have in writing after the original completion that this work would be done. Nothing.

        Thanks guys. They did a great ...

        Thanks guys. They did a great job on my roof. From start to finish I never had any unanswered questions. This being my third roof in 20 years the owner helped me work with the previous manufacturer to file a warranty claim. This was not only my best experience dealing with a contractor but it was also educational.
