Optical Reflections

Terrible customer service, terrible treatment of the customers by the doctors and that very rude receptionist. The doctors and receptionist are rude and fail to treat the people walking in with any respect. They do not attempt to call your insurance company to see what you qualify for, they also fail to do their job. I had the insurance company on the hone with their receptionist, telling her that I was covered and they went as far to give her the proper codes. She said uh-huh and hung up on us. When I went up to her and asked her if she got the info she needed. She said that the Harlingen office said not to take that insurance because they don't pay.



Sad, ignorant and improperly trained to do a simple job. Again, sad and pathetic, typical of people only out for a buck.
