Taylor a young (I want to say lady, but that she was hardly from) girl was so unbelievably RUDE as all could be Sat morning 10/8/16. While going through the drive-thru I bought and paid for my and my brothers order (who was only "two" cars behind me btw) but apparently Miss Taylor has NO short term memory AT ALL. She tried to charge my brother when he pulled up. Normally no big deal, I can understand Accidents and confusion can arrise especially on a busy Saturdaymorning. However, that wasn't the problem...when I backed up after a few minutes of waiting for them (they were still at the pay window) I finally backed up to help "remind" Miss attitude Taylor I already payed the over $12 bill for him (again it was only "TWO" Cars bedind me, not rocket science) She ARGUED with me! The Manager (who I didn't know at the time BTW was especially nice and professional) told her to walk away. (Twice) When I went back in to ask her-het name! Her rude, uneducated, snotty ass said "Giiiiirl get out of my face" lol ignorance at its finest right there! Ha! In her face I was not! Luckily for her was a counter between us. What a Bitch!! I understand bad days and hard times. All of which I'm sure she was having both of. But you need to be polite....you have a JOB to do. Like it, hate it, fake it whatever you have to do, but just DO it! As much as I doubt she will be EVER be in customer service, here or at any other job she may be lucky enough to have, I do wish her an attitude adjustment and good luck in her future.
