        They Do not offer financing

        Went in yesterday thinking they offer ez credit financing as they advertise. They said they stopped offering ez credit financing and do not offer any financing at all! They said they stopped 3weeks ago and only accept cash. They are false advertising. Why they haven't taken down their sign which claims they do, is unbeknownst to me!

        Lack of Customer Service

        This is poorly run business and I do not recommend in the least. There is an extreme lack of communication between establishment an it's customers. Customers have to wait weeks even months to get any type of resolution on damaged furniture that was delivered, plus the company doesn't respond to messages left for a call back. I seek business elsewhere even would pay more for better customer service.

        I'm very sorry for this customer's bad experience. We opened our doors in Feb. and had an overwhelming amount of success. With any new companies, we did not have our customer service process in place and we have corrected these issues. We did let this customer fall through the cracks and we did eventually handle the issues. We have a professional delivery team and our customer's are priority one. We have over 350 new customers in just a few short months and I am confident most would give us a great review.
