New Genesis Medical Associates

This doctor, and his staff, is completely lacking in empathy. I had a medical issue that needed prompt, though not immediate attention. I specifically made an appointment for the next day. When I arrived at the office they said my appointment was for the following day. The doctor refused to see me, even though I probably only needed 5 minutes of his time to get a prescription. I cancelled the appointment. I don't need an uncompassionate and unprofessional doctor.

I went to one of my daughter's appointments with her and I liked the doctor that was treating her. His name was Dr. Fowler. He then became my treating physician. I have been going to this facility for some time. I recently visited the Clinic on a walk-in basis and they were happy to take me in right away but I had to be seen by another physician Dr. K. Dark. As always, the staff were very friendly even though they can never pronounce my name, but nobody ever could anyway. The doctors were very nice and understands and listen to your complaints. As for the billing department I received a bill for some injections I received didn't know my insurance didn't cover. They allowed me to make my payments. I have nothing but positive things to say about Genesis Medical Clinic.
