Primary Care
A team-based model that provides continuity for the care and treatment of our patients. Each patient selects a Primary Care Physician (PCP), who then will lead a team of Advanced Practice Providers, Residents, Nurses, and Pharmacists to work together to offer the best evidenced-based care. Here are the members of our team that you may receive care from at PCWNY.
Family Practice
All of our PCPs are fully trained and licensed doctors of Osteopathic Medicine who have attended and graduated from a U.S. osteopathic medical school. Our physicians have completed accredited Family Practice Residencies, maintain National Board certifications and licensing, and participate in medical education to stay current on evidenced-based medical practices.
Emergency Care
Established Patients phoning for appointments for urgent or sick visits are offered our sick visit appointments for that day. If there are no more available appointments for that day, the call will be taken by a nurse so that we can establish the nature and severity of your illness. She will determine when you can be seen or refer you to an immediate care center or emergency room for urgent care.

Our LPN team manages medication refills, immunizations, gives lab / testing results at the direction of the physician, and manages prior authorization for medication and testing.
