Seneca Texas Red Hots

took the kids there last night and the food was good .They did mess up our order though and we did get charged for it. The waitress was nice, but my son left his ds there and go figure its gone.So now i have a sad 6 yr old and the staff has a game to play( when I called they passed the phone around and I herd them talking about one of them haveing it!!!!) Scum bags!!!!

Hair in food, and the place is very dirty, could definently use some updating. I use to frequent this place all the time about ten years ago, and it was decent, but it has gone way downhill. Clean your place and your workers up!!!

They have the best sauce but the servers suck big time!!! The place always looks nasty as hell inside I mean its so bad if my house looked like that cps would be here. The cooks look like haven't showered in months, and the girls look like you find them on a corner.When I worked there over they had the food on the floor , and the place was no where near clean , and the hot dog princess was so nasty. I got a chicken sav. there and with the feta was some kind of white worm thing in it and when I took it back they tried telling me "thats what happeneds when oil touches feta" and refused to give me my money back.

I have moved away, but I still think about Senecas texas red hots. When I lived in Buffalo area I tried all the different "texas red hots" & always thought these were the best. There is nothing quite like them in the NYC area and I always have one when I travel back to Buffalo. Go Bills!

I normally visit this location on seneca street once a month. After the last two experiences I will never patronize this location again!!!! First off they have a plus size girl with a skin condition all over her hands at the drive through. Shouldn't she be wearing gloves serving food?????? It looks horrible!!!!!! Plus for the second time she gets my order wrong, and it is to late by the time I get home. The hot dogs were rubberey the fries were burnt,YUK!!!!!!!!! Ever since this new girl has been at the drive through it's been awful. I threw $12.00 worth of food in the garbage!!!!!!!!!!!!!
