Surface Magic

We use Surface Magic bathtub refinishing services at a hotel in Buffalo.



Since we are a hotel business, I expect the highest quality from them with little to no mistakes. Surface Magic finishing product is great, but we did run into a few errors here and there.



I keep in constant communication with Bob regarding the errors and they are more than willing to come back and correct their mistake without any charge.



The reason why I keep calling them for their services is because I know what I'm getting myself into and the finishing product they are providing for this hotel. I would definitely recommend anybody looking to refinish their tubs to use Surface Magic service and don't hesitate to complain about errors because they will do their best to correct it and make you happy.



The team at Surface Magic is very professional and will finish their work at a decent time.



I have received numerous complaints regarding our bathtubs needing some attention, but after Surface Magic our bathtub complaint ratio has decreased and I am pleased with that.

I just bought a new house, that came with one of those gorgeous claw foot porcelain tubs!! The only problem was, that it was incredibly rusted and old =(



I had just about given up all hope on my new tub, when I came across A&E. I saw them on television and decided I'd give them a call. The person on the other line was extremely informative and helpful!! They came over that same week to give me an estimate.



Sooner than I had imagined, they were at my house.working on my soon-to-be beautiful tub!! When I walked in,, I could hardly even recognize it!! I was left literally speechless!!



A week later they called me to make sure I was happy with the work they did. It's been 1 year and there isn't even a scratch on my tub!! They offered me warranty on it, so if by some rare chance it ever gets damaged I can call again!!



I lovee my refurnished tub!! I couldn't have asked for better customer service and work!! It was well worth my money ;)

Surface Magic did wonders on our old rusted and worn out bathtub. It was getting to the point that our children were afraid to take a bath in it. Plus, it was near impossible to clean. Luckily, we found these guys. They made that old tub look like new again.



I can honestly say that I am not afraid to show that tub off when company comes over. Yes, the kids are using it too. Sorry but I can't say enough good things about Surface Magic.

A friend of ours told us about Surface Magic. As our countertops were an ugly looking butcher block laminate. We hated those countertops. We wanted to remodel our kitchen but we wanted to try to keep the costs down. Anyway, these people came to our house and showed us what they had available.



They had a nice variety of stone finishes to choose from. We wanted a nice neutral color so we went with a tan color. Apparently, the materials come out of state so we had to wait for a week for them to do the job.



It was only a 2 day job. The first day they took allot of time by carefully masking and papering the surroundings in the kitchen. They also cleaned the kitchen countertops as well. The taping and papering took most of the time that day. Which we could see why. But we are glad that they took that time to do it right.



They then sprayed the materials on. They used some ventilator and some piping to blow the stuff outside. The next day they clear coated it.



Boy what a difference that made in our kitchen. It was so much less costly then ripping out the old and putting in the new. We would use them again if we ever need any of there services. As we love the job they did for us.

I own several rental properties. I only use Surface Magic as I love the work they do and would not want to try anyone else. They are very friendly and professional. Plus, I can count on the fact of having the job done right. I have tried other companies but we were not very happy with the results.



Surface Magic makes my old tubs look like new again. Which makes it so much easier to be able to rent out again. Yes, I would recommend them to anyone needing there services.

We love our old tub. As it was made of cast iron. It was not a clawfoot tub. But it was a nice deep cast iron a very old one. Our family loved to bathe in it. As it was so deep and big. We looked at some new ones. But they were not as deep or as well built. We also knew that it would take allot of work to remove that old tub from the third floor. However the tub was old and dingy looking. It was next to impossible to clean. If you looked at it you could see the metal was starting to show through.



Anyway it was the Christmas eve and we wanted to have it done for Christmas. We were lucky we were able to contact Surface Magic. As they took us right in and refinished our tub. We couldn't believe the difference they made for us. We were all excited for Chritmas as we could show off that old tub with a smile.



Surface Magic did a wonderful job withour tub and yes we would highly recommend them to anyone needing there services.

Boy am I glad that I found these guys. My tub was terribly worn out and ugly. I tried one of those kits. I followed the instructions exactly as printed. But it turned out worse then it was orginal. I was afraid to rip the tub out as I love my baths. Anyway. a friend of mine highly recommended these guys.



They were very polite and friendly. You ca tell that they were willing to help ad very professional. Anyway to make a long story short. Surface Magic came in and did wonders for us. That tub looks like new ow. I can't get over the difference. I am really grateful to Surface Magic for savig that tub.
