        Wow!!!!!!

        All I can say is wow!!! After only six months I have lost 25 lbs and have created a lifestyle that I never knew could feel so good!!!! This place is amazing!!

        I have trained at a number of ...

        I have trained at a number of places before but none as professional as BSF. When I started I as 243 and 35 percent body fat. 9 months later I am down to 213 but more importantly my body fat is 16 percent. I can truly say that it is hands down the best place to train in gwinnett!!!!!!!!!!Henderson you are the man
