N W Import Auto Service

So far I feel so good about this spot. Let me tell you why! I came in today with three needs for my 2015 Volvo S60: 1. Tire check because my censors indicated the air pressure was low, 2. Interior detail bc the car is dirty and 3. Body work done to the passenger side panel and rear door where I scuffed my car from scraping a concrete pole on my way out of a parking garage.

its been 3 years since they did my injectors, they were 1/2 the cost of other bids; truck is doing great. thank you for the great deal and great work!

NW Import Auto is amazing. My car had been stolen and, oddly enough, returned again and it was a complete mess. NW Import got me up and running again in no time and for a reasonable price, and educated me about my car in the process. As a woman, I'm always wary of auto repair shops since so many of them think that they can just fleece you, but NW Import didn't try to pull anything on me and made sure that I understood everything that I was getting and why. My car has been running great ever since! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Location by the bus station is a super convenient plus.

They gave me a fair rate and got it fixed on schedule. This is the place to go!

Hit a median and stopped nearby after my car was making some noises and smelled of burning liquid. They ordered the part, kept good open and good communication and didn't rip me off. Highly recommended. Thank you!
