        Intelligent and personable computer techs, but horrible management. No communication from one tech to the next. I've twice brought computers there for uparades, and twice been disappointed by confusion in the store and nobody answering the phone. The place is run like a candy store. Nobody took my call after waiting 30 minutes on hold, so I drove to the store. Waited another 30 minutes only to find out there were no notes left with my computer. Nothing done. Waist of time. Manager never showed his/her face.
