Great espresso! To start, the community is very nice, some of the staff.. however I miss my all time favorite barista! Sammy was amazing! Excellent customer service, even better drinks! She always remembered my order and would surprise me with her knowledge of the industry. She has great stories, great attitude, Very cute and honest to boot! I wish she would find her way back here I know she's doing somebody's hair as a stylist but I'm hoping she reads this and can find at least a part time position! She just has this magnetic personality that puts every other baristas in the many stands I've been to to shame! I told her that I was having stomach issues and told I couldn't drink coffee anymore when she suggested ristreto (sp) shots instead- she would stop the pull midway through pour so the foam part wasn't included- low and behold- IT WORKED! the espresso didn't hurt my stomach after that! I wish jason would MAKE ROOM to hire her if she asked and that she finds this post! Her customers always left with a smile and yummy energy for their day. PLEASE COME BACK SAMMY, THE BEAN NEEDS YOU!
