        Wow I wish I read this before I went to this store. They charged me $32.50 a month for 20 mo for an iphone. The rate changed in less than a month to $22.92 for 18n months,but they would not adjust it. When I told a rep who said his name was Michael,that I was going online to voice about ripoff service he said,"THAT would be the JR HI thing to do." So he had to insult me as well. Do NOT shop there!!!!

        Unhelpful employees. Every time I have gone in to pay my bill, they are always too busy to attend to their customers. If you do get someone to help, call the customer service center to double check what they have done. I have had my account messed up more then once. Just go somewhere else.
