AutoNation Ford Burleson

We bought a pre-owned f-150 from here last spring and the nightmare began. They had agreed to fix the power locks and trim around the rear window. After much run around they never replaced the trim even sending a guy to replace the glass but not the trim! Then they said they weren't going to fix the power locks unless we paid for it! We'd sat right there with mike, the head of sales, and agreed on this and "somehow" it didn't get on the contract when they "checked" later. In addition to all this, I'd brought the truck back on the third day and told Otis himself the heat was not working. He went out on an 80 something degree day, stuck his hand over a vent and declared that the heat was working fine.

Just last night I drove in the ice storm from downtown with no heat and no ability to keep the rain from freezing on the windshield other than using other cars bumpers to garner any heat possible. Sometimes it would freeze over almost completely and I was blind. I couldn't even see to pull over because all of the windows were covered.

Here's another; I called them back about the window trim and was told that because it had been so long that it wasn't their responsibility anymore! Because they couldn't get their own stuff together, then they think that's my problem!?

This is the second vehicle we've bought from them. They show zero loyalty to this return customer. There will not be a third.

Do not go to this dealership unless you want to be screwed over. All vehichles are priced thousands over what the actual value is! They also try to price lease vehicles at the same price as a new one! All staff treat you like dirt ( even with excellent credit) including the managers! Will never recommend going there nor will I ever go back!!

Don't go to Bankston!!! My boyfriend and I went shop for a used car for me. The salesman that assisted us didn't even speak to me. It was all my boyfriend and trying to sell him a truck. I stopped the salesman once and told him the car we were looking for was for me and he said that when he was done with my boyfriend is when he would help me. I took my boyfriends arm and immediately left.

If you are looking for quality service, and great professional sales associates, you are not going to find it at Bankston Ford of Burleson. They have some of the worst sales associates, and managers anywhere. If you want to be talked down to as a child by all means go to this dealership. The moment you walk into the door, they go on a huge speil of how great their customer service is, and how they enjoy helping people. When in fact all they do is give you the run around, and harass you for weeks on end. As aformentioned one of the Worst dealerships in the entire state of Texas.

Lousy Salesmen and liers. Believe it or not there are some salesmen that are honest. Read on to hear the whole story. I called ahead about a certain suv they had and told them what I had for trade-in and about my rough credit. They told me to come on down and try out the suv and they could work with me. Well when I got there after an hour and half drive - First I was given to a different salesman than Sam the person I had talked to - Second - after truning in my credit they came back and told me they either needed cash down with my trade in OR they could put me in something else the the suv I was looking at was for a cash sale not to be financed - which I was not told before I drove all the way over. Anyway to make a long story short I drove straight to James Woods in Denton spoke with John and drove away in an suv I love with nothing down except my trade-in. Don't go here - Go to James Woods instead!!!!
