I bought a riding mower and a Honda generator here a couple years ago. Wish I went somewhere else. Carried mower back to get belt fixed and 4 weeks later when I went to get it they had serviced it. Of course I raised hell and didn't pay for it. Mower sit outside for four weeks. I know I should have learned my lesson but went back last week to get value cover gasket for mower ( can't believe place don't keep in stock) so they had to order. Guy said two days and it's been a week now. I will be caring my business else where. Customer service sucks.

I took my mower in for an oil change and to have the blades sharpened. I was told it would be a couple of weeks. A month later I was charged $200 without a phone call to let me know they decided to replace several things on it. I thought "ok no problem, maybe it needed it but it would have been nice to know." Then I go to pick up my mower to find it has been sitting outside in the rain for the entire month. Customer service is very short and not informative. Id recommend looking elsewhere for mower service.

Good business with friendly people, but there hours of operation are not very convenient.
